One-on-one training is provided for core system users and on-site training is provided for all emergency teams and muster checkers. A comprehensive user support service and weekly remote system checks result in an extremely reliable and robust safety system which remains operational at all times.
System Installation and Support
The Smart-Trac POB system is highly configurable and is tailored for each site operation by clients' principal users. EPIC provide all the training and user support to ensure that the system meets each site's particular needs. We provide continuous assistance configuring updates such as, new lifeboats/internal muster stations and additional remote sites.
EPIC provide "cradle to grave" support services. These include system planning for configuration, WLAN mapping for the internal and external muster areas, cable routing, comprehensive installation service and network connectivity to local and remote sites.
Components include: Smart-Trac software, server (configured to suit site resilience requirements), equipment interface components, ATEX Zone 1 gangway readers, Internal and external industrial Wi-Fi Access Points, and ruggedised ATEX Zone 1 hand held readers.
