EPIC - SMART-TRAC Offshore POB and Mustering Systems for Hazardous Areas
The Smart-Trac POB system has been specifically designed for the Offshore Oil marketplace. Developed from over 30 years’ operating experience, the system provides installation and client management with a reliable means of recording the POB on single and multiple locations with 100% accuracy. Smart-Trac is quick to install, has low maintenance, 100% reliable, fully supported by user and technical experts and is easy to use.
In addition to the normal hotel "reception" facilities and gangway movement monitoring, Smart-Trac provides a flexible handheld mustering system which allows emergency management to quickly identify missing personnel at both internal muster points and the lifeboats. Smart-Trac also highlights resident personnel who are not on board at time of muster. In connected mode, personnel returning to the installation by gangway or shuttle flight, update the POB and the muster lists automatically.
Smart-Trac is highly configurable and users can modify the system parameters to suit different operational needs. The system has been in use for over 20 years with a continuous record of innovative technical development.
